Melinda's Gluten Free Goodies

Fed up with the limited gluten free sweet offerings in cafes around Brisbane Melinda Trembath released her hand-made gluten free cakes and slices to the market. After word of mouth led to 10 cafes consistently wanting Melinda’s cakes, Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies was created in November 2004. Melinda continued to work and run the business for over a year until March 2006 when she completed her full time job to focus on the business.

Five years on, and now with three young children, Melinda released a range of gluten-free premixes and crackers onto the supermarket shelves around Australia and is now exporting to New Zealand, Pacific Islands and Singapore.
