Ian Henderson from Lirah Vinegars

August's guest speaker, Ian Henderson from Lirah Vinegars graduated with a Diploma in Vinegar Making from the Austrian Chamber of Agriculture in 2006. Ian will be giving us an education on Vinegar and I am sure us “foodies” will learn much from his presentation.

This month will see our first Supplier Insight – Julia Birks from Niche Studio will briefly speak about how you can use the internet to increase public awareness around your product.
